The cooking class takes place in a carefully selected restaurant in Conca dei Marini, an exclusive location with breathtaking views over the Amalfi Coast.
You will be welcomed at 9:30 AM directly by the Chef with a welcome drink, and you will have the opportunity to explore the venue before entering the kitchen to begin your experience.

The class starts with bread-making and continues with the preparation of the famous handmade scialatielli, from kneading the dough to creating the sauces.
You will then prepare traditional local condiments: seafood-based options or vegetarian alternatives rich in Mediterranean flavors, perfect for those who prefer something different from fish.

The experience continues with the preparation of a main course, such as traditional salt-baked fish, and concludes with dessert—a delicious tiramisu prepared directly in the kitchen.

During the experience, you will also have the chance to assist the staff in their daily preparations, experiencing firsthand the authentic kitchen of an Amalfi Coast restaurant.
At the end, you will be seated on the terrace to enjoy all the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by a selection of local Campanian wine, water, and coffee.

At the end of the class, you will receive a cooking certificate issued directly by the Chef.
