Located on the hills of Amalfi, this beautiful home offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing stay on the Amalfi Coast.
The property is easily accessible, with no steep roads or stairs, and includes a nearby bus stop as well as two private parking spaces directly in front of the house. Amalfi town center and the beach can be reached with a pleasant panoramic walk of about 25–35 minutes along an ancient Roman path, or in approximately 15 minutes by bus.
Recently renovated in February 2025, the house is fully equipped with all modern comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning in all rooms, Smart TV with Netflix, and a spacious private terrace with breathtaking sea views.
Within just 150 meters, you will find mini markets, grocery stores, bars, restaurants, and other essential services.

La casa si trova sulla collina di Amalfi e offre una splendida vista sul mare. È facilmente accessibile, senza strade strette né scale, con fermata dell’autobus e 2 posti auto proprio davanti casa. Il centro e la spiaggia di Amalfi si raggiungono con una piacevole passeggiata panoramica di 25/35 minuti lungo un antico sentiero romano oppure in bus in circa 15 minuti.
L’abitazione è stata ristrutturata a febbraio 2025 ed è dotata di tutti i comfort: cucina attrezzata, aria condizionata in tutte le camere, Smart TV con Netflix, ampia terrazza privata doppia. A soli 150 metri si trovano mini market, negozi di alimentari, bar, pub, ristoranti e altri servizi essenziali.
